Corporate Executive Recruiter required for leading retail group in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in a mixed professional background composed of: ? A strong track record of successful executive search and selection of top managers. ? Significant previous business experience in senior management positions in retail. ? 10-15 years of corporate experience, including minimum of 10 years in senior management. You will have excellent communication skills allowing you to deliver the ultimate in selection of senior executives at VP, MD, CEO, COO and Director levels through influence and rapport build with the worlds best executive search firms. You will also hold a strong understanding of corporate HR structure and organisational development.
