Head of Trading Required - Central Europe - Food Retail

This will be one of the best opportunities this year to join a leading business who impact retail on a truly huge scale. Present in over 20 countries this role will involve some travel but the core role will be based in Central Europe.

The Head of Trading will be a senior level / executive level buyer / category manager with diverse experience across all major product groups with in the food retail supermarket / hypermarkets sector. Not necessarily of Director level already this role could lead to an exciting step change for a senior level manager.

You will have significant experience from a major food retail business i.e. Auchan, Lidl, Aldi, Carrefour, Fozzy, Mercadona, Casino, Kipa, Tesco, Sainsbury, Coles etc and the ability to deliver through team engagement and encouragement.
This role will offer the challenge of managing multiple commercial departments, growing not only key product groups but you will be challenged in negotiating on an international basis therefore you ability to communicate and build rapport will be second to none!
